The best part of waking up…is granola waffles! Get your day off to a waffle-rific start with this yummy recipe.

  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granola Jones granola
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt, optional
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

In a large bowl, combine the flour, granola, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, butter and brown sugar. Add to flour mixture; stir until blended. Pour batter into a lightly greased waffle iron.  Close lid quickly; do not open during baking. Use fork to remove baked waffle.
